We welcome you to our development and wish your visit to be a safe one. We ask that you assist us in this by observing a few simple rules.

1. Please do not enter any house that is being constructed unless accompanied by a member of our sales team or the site manager.  In the interests of YOUR safety, entry may be refused during certain parts of the construction work.
   
2. Please do not enter any areas that are fenced off for safety purposes, or when requested by a member of our sales team or site staff.
   
3. Please wear a safety helmet when requested to do so by a member of our sales team or the site manger.
   
4. Please keep away from any machinery, particularly those that are working. The machine operator does not have the full vision you have in your car.
   
5. Please keep your driving speed to a minimum - the road surface may not be finished and may be slippery.
   
6. Please park only in designated areas.
   
7. If you need to revisit a house, please report to the sales personnel.
   
8. Please use shoe coverings where provided.
