On achieving this coveted award at the glittering annual occasion in Glasgow's Radisson SAS Hotel, Meridian's delighted Sales and Marketing Director Isobel Kavanagh said, "Meridian may be relatively small in comparison to the major national house builders, but our expertise and our constant consideration of our customer's needs, has earned us a reputation for exceptional customer care in addition to fabulous quality homes."

Highest Standards

Meridian's in-house architectural team adhere to the highest standards, from initial layouts to consideration of local residential styles and materials, working closely with local planners and other agencies.

All of our developments are thoughtfully sited with regard to local amenities and every development is fully landscaped, with particular attention paid to sustainability. The Ardnablane development in the historic City of Dunblane has its own gardener, dedicated to restoring the site's original Edwardian garden plantings.

The Meridian portfolio includes one and two bedroom apartments and two, three, four and five bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. Floor lat outs are thoughtful of ergonomic design, with above-average floor area. Built-in wardrobes are provided in every bedroom and ceilings are high by modern standards. Kitchen units are hand-built by Meridian's craftsmen to the companies' own designs. 

Pricing, Finance and Incentives

Meridian opens many financial doors to potential buyers. Meridian Letting offers Rent to buy and homes may be bought at prices based on 20% shared equity, allowing customers to own 100% while paying for only 80%.   

In some developments, buyers can simply pay just £99 deposit and move in, and there is a free service providing valuation and selling advice on a current residence. Estate Agency fees are also paid by Meridian.

Meridian's strength in delivering affordable housing is underlined by the company's appointment to handle the largest ongoing regeneration initiative in Scotland, a 525 development of new homes throughout the Dumfries and Galloway Region for DGHP Housing Partnership.
