This will include a practical demonstration of all the features and benefits of the appliances built into the property you have chosen. In addition to answering any of your questions in relation to your new home construction, you will also be kept advised of build progress and planned completion date and we will endeavour to direct all our energy to meet this given date at all times. When the time arrives to select individual choices and optional extras (if applicable), our experienced staff will offer support to you in personalising your new home. Should you wish, we can in most instances assist with mortgage questions or assistance you may require, although we must advise our sales executives can only give generally advice and any specific advice should be sought from a qualified and licensed mortgage broker. Our sales staff will further assist with all Health & Safety issues relating to your new home and provide a comprehensive new home pack at handover, to enable you to enjoy the benefits of your new home immediately. At Meridian our primary objective is to make your new home purchase both a fulfilling and stress free experience. To ensure customer satisfaction we are continually reviewing our procedures by taking account of feedback from questionaires and constantly monitoring the level of complaints at each and every development and more importantly acting upon our findings.
