Meridian opens many financial doors to potential buyers. Meridian Letting offers Rent to buy, whereby the occupier can rent for a year with the option to buy after twelve months. When the option is taken up, the full year's rent is refunded, helping provide a healthy deposit.

In some developments, buyers can also take advantage of Meridian's £99 deposit and move in offer, and there is a free service providing valuation and selling advice on a current residence. Estate Agency fees are also paid by Meridian.
